Rose Galeano-Phillips is the founder of Transitions Wealth Management, LLC. She follows her passion by working closely with individuals and families whose lives have undergone significant changes, helping them prepare for a better tomorrow. Whether those changes stem from a voluntary or involuntary job transition, marriage or divorce, the loss of a loved one, or a sudden influx of wealth, Rose has the experience and expertise to guide you through these pivotal moments.
Rose is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and Behavioral Financial Advisor. She holds securities licenses Series 7, 6, 63, and 65, as well as insurance licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for Accident and Health, Life, Variable, and Fixed Annuities. Her comprehensive credentials enable her to offer personalized and thoughtful financial strategies tailored to each client’s unique situation.
An active member of her community, Rose is engaged with Rotary International and serves as President of the Kutztown Rotary Club. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and volunteering.
